How does Affy work?
Affy sends members like you to the eBay store and collects a commission for the purchases you make on eBay for the next 24 hours. Affy splits the commission with you in the form of Affy points, which you can redeem for eBay Gift Cards.
How much does Affy cost?
Affy is 100% free to use, so we really just save you money.
How much money can I save using the Affy app?
While you can save anywhere from 0.5% to 10% on products while shopping on eBay using the Affy app, for most products you’d see savings of 1.5% - 2.5%.
How long does it take for purchases to show up in the Affy app?
Purchases and points should appear in the Affy app 24 - 72 hours after the item(s) are shipped.
How long does it take for points to become available for redeeming?
While you can see the points you earned shortly after items are shipped, points become available for redeeming once the item’s Return Period ends - usually 60 - 90 days after the purchase date. After that time, eBay will send Affy the commission, which will then be split with you. We’d love to be able to let you cash out immediately, but unfortunately there will be those that would try and game/scam the system, ruining it for everybody. But don’t worry, your points will accrue & will be ready for redeeming before you know it!
Are any products on eBay excluded?
While most products are eligible for points, any and all of the following are excluded (subject to change, without notice, at eBay’s discretion): Gift Cards; Wireless Service Plans; Alcoholic Beverages; Digital Kindle Products purchased as a subscription; Food prepared and delivered from a restaurant; eBay Appstore, Prime Now, or eBay Pay Places.
Why isn’t my purchase showing up in the Affy app?
Affy relies on eBay’s tracking system. Unfortunately, we don’t have much insight into eBay’s tracking beyond that which eBay decides to share with us - which is pretty limited. If you clicked on a link in the Affy app, were redirected to an eBay page/product, the page fully loaded, and you completed an eBay purchase within 24 hours, on the same device you clicked the Affy link on, then the purchase should show up in your Affy account. If it’s not showing up then the most likely culprit is some sort of Ad Blocker or Cookie/Tracking blocker. Please try disabling any blockers and give Affy another try.
